  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product has a visible defect upon delivery

🎥 Unboxing Requirement (Mandatory)

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • An unboxing video is required clearly showing the issue
  • The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened
  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted

  • You can raise a request within 07 days of delivery
  • Requests after 07 days will not be considered

🚚 Return Process

  • Once approved, pickup will be arranged within 2–4 business days
  • After pickup, the product will go through a quality check (24–48 hours)

💸 Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Shade mismatch or personal preference
  • Used or partially used products
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
