📦 Returns & Refunds — Eligibility
We only accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product arrived damaged
- The product has a visible defect upon delivery
🎥 Unboxing Requirement (Mandatory)
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- An unboxing video is required clearly showing the issue
- The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted

- You can raise a request within 07 days of delivery
- Requests after 07 days will not be considered
🚚 Return Process
- Once approved, pickup will be arranged within 2–4 business days
- After pickup, the product will go through a quality check (24–48 hours)
💸 Refund Process
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary
❌ Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Shade mismatch or personal preference
- Used or partially used products
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
